Diamond Small Group Masterminds are designed to be collaborative think tanks (not coaching sessions, therapy groups, or sales opportunities.)

Here's what that means:

  1. No Expectation of Free Coaching
Members are encouraged to share ideas, experiences, and perspectives—but no one is expected to give away their full expertise, strategies, or proprietary processes.

  2. No Selling in the Space
This is a space for connection and support, not promotion. While referrals and collaborations may naturally develop, mastermind meetings are not intended for pitching products or services.

  3. Hot Seat Participation
Every member gets a turn in the hot seat. This ensures everyone receives support and has the opportunity to move forward on their goals.

  4. Shared Conversation
Be mindful of time and space. No one person should dominate the conversation. Give everyone the opportunity to contribute and be heard.

  5. Solution-Focused Participation
We welcome honest conversations about challenges, obstacles, and setbacks. However, mastermind time should remain focused on problem-solving, growth, and forward movement. These groups are not intended for ongoing personal processing, trauma dumping, or situations that require professional counseling or therapeutic support.

  6. Confidentiality Matters
What is shared within the group stays within the group. Creating a safe space requires trust, discretion, and respect for one another's experiences.

  7. Commitment Matters
Consistency is key to building trust and momentum. Attendance expectation is no more than one missed meeting per quarter.

These groups work best when everyone shows up, participates, contributes thoughtfully, and respects the collective experience of the group.

Note: once you press submit, you'll be directed to our Sign Up page, where you can select a group to join, so be ready!
